22-23 Strong voice quality and easy to understand. Good pacing. Some contact with audience and some animation. Minor reading word-for-word from notes. Average handling of questions.
20-21 Decent voice quality and understandability. Little contact with audience and speech variation. Obvious reading word-for-word from notes.
18-19 Acceptable volume, but very fast or very slow. Ended very early or interrupted far in advance of planned finish. No contact with audience.
